Kendi Kamwambia is Operations Partner at HEVA Fund, Nairobi, where she has managed investments for East Africa's creative economy for more than five years, supporting companies in fashion, digital content, and crafts. With a degree in Finance and Accounting from Strathmore University and pursuing a Master's in Monitoring and Evaluation, she combines financial expertise with social impact. She contributes to initiatives such as a 5 million dollar fund for the creative sector and events like the CODEHER 2025 hackathon, promoting women-led startups. A member of HEVA's management team, she conducts research for reports and promotes innovative financial models. She is passionate about empowering creative entrepreneurs, especially women and youth.
