She holds a degree in Political Science (UBA). She served as Secretary of Cultural Development and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture of the Nation during the period 2019-2023. She was Vice President and later President of the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts during 2012-2015. She is Director of the Audiovisual and Infocommunications Sector Observatory. She directs the postgraduate program "Production and management of audiovisual communication" at the University of La Plata and coordinates the CLACSO working group "The impact of the digital era on the audiovisual sector in Latin America." She also works as a Consultant for CAF (Development Bank for Latin America and the Caribbean) on Culture and Creative Economy topics.
