Master's in Urban Management from the Technical University of Berlin, postgraduate in Urban and Regional Economics from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and architect from Universidad del Valle of Colombia. She is currently Principal Executive of the Sustainable Territorial Development Management at CAF, where for the past two years she has been supporting the implementation of the Bank's Cultural and Creative Economies Strategy. With 20 years of experience in the formulation and implementation of plans and projects for planning, management, and territorial development at regional and local levels in the Latin American context, formulation and monitoring of public policies, and co-creation with public, private, community, and academic actors of projects for heritage valorization, culture, historic centers, and the formation of proximate cities and creative territories.
