Tere Badia, born in 1964 in Mexico and based in Barcelona, is strategic coordinator of HacTe (since 2022), the Hub of Art, Science and Technology that promotes interdisciplinary collaborations in Barcelona; she holds a degree in Art History from the University of Barcelona and a master's in Information Society from IN3-UOC, directed Hangar (2010-2017), coordinated Disonancias (art and R&D&I) and Xarxaprod (Catalan artistic network), and is general secretary of Culture Action Europe, as well as professor of Communication Ethics at IDEP, standing out as a reference in cultural policies and international networks.
