Aida Mayor Bel, born in 1996 in Roquetes (Terres de l'Ebre, Tarragona), is a Catalan artistic director and cultural manager, co-founder along with Clàudia Amela of Companyia Sinergia, a performing arts entity dedicated to creating, producing, and promoting local cultural initiatives in the Terres de l'Ebre; promoter of Som(Riu) Fest, the region's first multidisciplinary festival that brings together established and emerging popular culture at the Platja Fluvial and Bosc de Ribera of Aldover (Tarragona), with annual editions since 2023 that include theater, music, dance, workshops, gastronomy, and nature activities centered on the Ebro River as an identity axis, promoting values of inclusion, equality, sustainability, and cultural decentralization to combat talent drain and foster local consumption; under her artistic leadership, the festival has grown with extensions such as the Gira Degoteig (supported by the Diputació de Tarragona and local municipalities), incorporating artists like Ginestà and Pepet i Marieta in 2025, and generating institutional, economic, and social networks that revitalize the rural Ebro territory.
