Kajsa Ravin is Director General of the Swedish Arts Council (Kulturrådet), a position she has held since March 2020, where she promotes access to high-quality arts and culture throughout Sweden, fostering cultural diversity and accessibility for broad audiences at local, regional, national, and international levels. With extensive experience in cultural institutions, she previously worked as a cultural policy strategist at KLYS (arts and crafts industry) and has collaborated with various organizations, highlighting her commitment to international affairs. A member of the board of directors of the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) and the Nordic Culture Fund, she promotes global and Nordic collaborations to enrich the Swedish cultural ecosystem.
