Chilean cultural manager, she is part of the EU/UNESCO Expert Group (2023-2026) for the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, the UNESCO Institute for Statistics expert group for the revision of the Cultural Statistics Framework 2025, and the Editorial Board of UNESCO's Global Report 2025.
She is the author of the chapter on resilience of cultural sectors in UNESCO's World Report 2022 and editor of the IFACCA 2024 report Culture as Public Good..
Previously, she was Head of International Affairs at Chile's CNCA (now Ministry of Cultures), where she directed the international cultural strategy and coordinated Chile's participation in the Guadalajara Book Fair (2013), Venice Biennials, and the 6th World Summit on the Arts (2014). She represented Chile on IFACCA's Board of Directors (2012–2014) and was part of the Board of the Chile Image Foundation.
