Cultural manager and consultant in cultural and creative industries. He works at the intersection of art, cultural policy, and international cooperation. He has been a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), working on regional initiatives in creative economy, cultural policies, and community participation.
He was president of SODRE in Uruguay and has promoted sustainability and innovation strategies in the public and private cultural sector. He is the author of various publications on cultural management, gender gaps in creative industries, and the role of culture as a driver of development.
He founded toolkit, a community of Ibero-American cultural managers, and is a professor at several universities. He graduated from the Catholic University of Uruguay, Yale University, NYU, and the University of Maryland, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Inclusive Development at Loyola University.
